Sandman is a short, rotund being who will go to any length to protect the children of the world. Generally very peaceful and mild; only when someone close - or children, of course - are in danger does he suddenly (and quite shockingly) become aggressive. He brings the sweetest dreams to children around the world and his fellow Guardians.
